The advent of digital in recent years and the new technologies associated with the new materials that we find every day have allowed dentists to have a lot of choice between procedures and materials to use to rehabilitate their patients. A fully digital protocols in prosthetics allows dentist to optimize chair time without affecting the clinical outcome. On the other hand, we also need simple and codificate adhesive steps in order to simplify the adhesive procedures of our restorations and also the ergonomics in the organization of these procedures often referred to as “stressful”. I like to think modern restorative dentistry as all clinical procedures that, thanks to the creation of the digital patient, allow dental technicians to have a 360-degree control of all those parameters that are difficult to control analogically. Furthermore perform all those procedures that allow us to obtain minimally invasive procedures and maximum aesthetics, combining everything with simple and predictable adhesive protocols.
