Living with the Filtek™ Family: Which composite where?

3M™ Filtek™ Easy Match Universal Restorative recently arrived to join the Filtek composite family. Filtek Easy Match offers a simplified shade selection and uniquely to the range ‘a naturally adaptive opacity’.

In this presentation Chris O’Connor will share his clinical experience using Filtek Easy Match for the first 6 months. This will form part of a wider conversation about the Filtek family and how Chris now utilises the various composites from the range in general practice.

Aims & Objectives

To update delegates on the different composites in the filtek range and give opinion on when and how to use utilise them in general dental practice.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• Compare the intended advantages of the various composites in the Filtek Family.
• Choose an appropriate composite from the Filtek family for common dental scenarios.
• Apply Chris O’Connor’s personal recommendations for implementing Filtek composites in common clinical scenarios.
