MIH syndrome is becoming increasingly common. The patient in this case is a 24-year-old male with a vestibular enamel defect on tooth 11. In my opinion, composite is the material of choice in these cases, which I can approach minimally invasively and with a satisfactory aesthetic result.
The challenge: Achieve a satisfactory aesthetic result for the patient with minimal removal of tooth structure.
