Patient needed a replacement for an insufficient and perforated partial crown on first lower molar #46. Impression was made with 3M™ Impregum™ Super Quick Light Body Polyether Impression Material in the one step technique.
Initial situation: Insufficient gold alloy partial cast crown on lower molar #46.
Minimal preparation and moisture control using retraction paste.
Dry operative field prior to impression taking.
