Dr. Ionut Branzan,

Clinical Case: Esthetic rehabilitation of a compromised upper anterior restoration

Using 3M™ RelyX™ Universal Resin Cement and 3M™ Elipar™ DeepCure-S LED Curing Light.

About the Case

A 44-year-old female patient presented with an old PMMA bridge in the upper anterior area. Her wish was to improve her smile with a natural looking esthetic restoration. To achieve this, a replacement of the PMMA bridge with 4 single veneered zirconia crowns was suggested. To harmonize esthetics, the shape of teeth was adapted. Due to discolorations of the prepared teeth, veneered zirconia was the material choice to accomplish the desired natural looking smile. The replacement of the bridge with 4 single crowns also resulted in improved recovery of the gingival tissue.

Refer to Instructions for Use (IFU) for complete product information. Results may vary.
